Itinerary
Day 1
FULL DAY COLCA
- Between 3:00: I pick up from the hotel to the Colca Valley,
- We will stop for breakfast, then we will go to the Mirador de la Cruz del Cóndor, to see the spectacular flight of the condors.
- From there we will also observe the depth of the Colca Canyon.
- After the visit to the cross of the condor we stop in the towns of Maca and Yanque that have beautiful colonial churches, a plaza and see handicrafts.
- We will also have stops at the Antahuilde and Wayra Punku viewpoints where we will observe the tombs and pre-Inca models and the beautiful landscape of the valley of the river.
- We will have lunch in Chivay (not included) and in the afternoon we can go to the Thermal Baths "La Calera" to relax a little (entrance cost not included).
- On the way back to Arequipa we will make stops at the "Mirador de los Volcanes", where we will appreciate incredible views that will leave you unforgettable memories and we will also stop at the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where we will see the vicuñas in their habitat.
- 5:00 pm - Return to the city (hour approx.).
